Hi..are there any good trail runs in the New Forest?? New to Trail running and now live in New Forest..can anyone help..dislike road running!!jules

Jules I've lived in New Milton a few years and there are good runs out there but think more boggy and short hills. Still rewarding but not on a Northern scale. There are routes linking Wilverly Plain (near Sway), Burley the Linwood area (Redshoot pub) and the area near the Rhinefield inclosures. However the big factor is bogs not hills. I'm sure that you've already discovered this but if your interested in a run let me know.
