What is your fitness and general distance you tend to run?

Hey! My fitness varies - cos i go ages without running. But anywhere between 6-12 miles is fine for me. I generally do loops involving milborne port, charlton hawthorne, folke, sherborne, those kinds of areas. WOuld be great to have someone else to run with as this weather ruins motivation!! sorry for the delayed reply. Oliver

Hi, I'm also interested in finding a training partner. My usual routes are around South Cadbury and Corton Denham, distance varies between 6 and 8 miles..
