The third event in the 2011 Lakeland Trails series, a spectacular mountain trail with a graded ascent through the Glenderaterra valley and panoramic views of Derwent Water and the northern Lake District fells. A less competitive Challenge event sets off one hour before the more serious Trail Race, both following the same well marked and marshalled route.
