PUMA Lakeland Trails 2010 - Record Early Bird Entry

Published 30 Dec 2009 in News

The 2010 PUMA Lakeland Trails events are heading for a record entry, with early bird entries at their highest ever level with over 2500 competitors already registered. The first event, covering 15km of "Beatrix Potter country", at Hawkshead on 24th April 2010 is already 60% full, with the other three events at Staveley on 5th June, Keswick on 5th September, and Coniston on 2nd October all now 50% full. All the PUMA Lakeland Trails events cater for all levels of abilities, with a PUMA Challenge event setting off first for less competitive runners and faster walkers, followed by a competitive PUMA Trail Race for the more serious and experienced runners. Both events follow the same stunning, scenic, fully marked and marshalled course through outstanding Lake District scenery. The Lakeland Trails events are being sponsored by lifestyle brand PUMA, along with sock brand Bridgedale, media partner TrailRunning.co.uk, and are professionally organised by VO2 Max Events.
